Magnificent location and overall the staff was pleasant and very welcoming.

Overall it was good sized with fresh supplies of towels. The hotel's location was residential, on the outskirts of Bristol.

Relaxing and quiet rooms were vintage with 1 bed. Iron/ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk turned out to be good. The staff were pleasant and took care of us.

Their rooms are always fantastic and fabulous with great bedding, the bedroom, for instance. As for me the food is outstanding, and they have plenty of meals.

The hotel was in a particularly good location not far from the adjacent pub on Sunday night, a major supermarket and other big name stores, and the center for what we wanted it for. And it's at a walking

The room I had was vintage and the staff was pleasant. It had exceptionally comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast included.

Great location for exploring nearby attractions like Bath and Dyrham Park. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed. The staff at the pub were friendly and accommodating.

There were random marks and stains on the walls that could use a bit of cleaning and painting. The continental breakfast was included but for a cooked breakfast, you had to pay an additional fee.
